Evidence Based Tools:

At the heart of our design, is our desire to create evidenced based tools. For this reason, we designed a system that will allow you to easily capture events of your life, and then assist you to see the patterns in the events of each type.

With a simple long press on our main button, you will be able to save the astronomical position of the planets and the stars at that moment, wherever you are.

Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the original transaction date, without providing any reason. If you have already begun using the service during this period, a proportionate amount reflecting your usage may be deducted from your refund.

Subscriptions — Yearly Fellow

Refund requests for the Yearly Fellow subscription must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Cancellations after this period will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your Fellow pricing is locked for as long as your subscription remains active — if cancelled, the Fellow price cannot be guaranteed upon resubscription.

One-Time Purchase — Lifetime Fellow

Refund requests for the Lifetime Fellow tier must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before the personal chart reading has been scheduled or delivered. Once the chart reading has been scheduled, the Lifetime Fellow purchase is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for a full refund. Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

Chart Reading — Scheduling & Cancellation

The personal chart reading included in the Lifetime Fellow tier must be scheduled within 3 months of purchase. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations without prior notice forfeit the session.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: consumable in-app purchases once used, purchases made as gifts, and donations.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@nousark.com with your order details. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and process eligible refunds within 14 days of approval.

Faulty or Misdescribed Service

If the app fails to function as described and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the above timeframes, in accordance with EU digital content rules.
